My 22nd birthday

Hello, I'm going to talk about my last birthday, the 23rd october of this year. This birthday was very specal to me because the past 18th october started a social revolution in Chile. This have changed till today all the relationships between the citizens of Santiago and for all over the national territory, and also  the way to understand de public spaces like the streets, squares and parks mainly.

That day I woke up a little angry because my boyfriend didn't surprised me with a breakfast, he only asked me if I wanted to eat something, but this wasn't very relevant. After that we got up and we went to plaza Dignidad (ex Plaza Italia) to walk and scream and protest with another friends. Then I launched some combative lentils and an imperialist Coca-Cola in the house of my friend Marina, while we was seing the tear pumps fly through the air. Then we come back to the streets and after that we drank some beer in Parque San Borja while we were watching female football. I finished the day crossing Santiago by bike across the "barricadas" and eating cake with my parents and my dog.

I will never forget this birthday because I have never seen before so different the city of Santiago.

My last holidays When I finished the university in January, in the summer of 2019 I traveled to many places. The last week in January, I traveled to South of Chile with my boyfriend and his family.  We went to house in Calafquen Lake in Licanray. It was very entertaining because we swam in the lake and in the night we play “dudo”.  After to Lincanray I went to Elqui Valley in Coquimbo with my family. We were in a house in the center to Pisco Elqui. The house was beautiful, with a big playground and pool. The last travel of my vacation was to Brasil with my boyfriend. In February 19, we started the trip from Chile. We arrived to Sao Paulo and then we traveled to Salvador. In Salvador We met the Historic Center and enjoyed the carnival. Then we traveled to center of Brasil, to the Chapada Diamantina Park, this is the most beautiful place. After we traveled to Northeast of Brasil, We met a many beach. This picture was taken last summer in a Brazilian park after climbing a fairly high hill. This is a beautiful park, full of natural beauties located in Lencois. The picture was taken by my ex-boyfriend when we were still together. That day we did a tour in Chapada Diamantina a nd one of the stops was this place. This was the last stop and we were very tired, but when we reached the summit all the effort was worth it. This photograph symbolizes a very happy moment of my life, the place was perfect and with wonderful campaign. It brings me very nice and nostalgic memories I always think about being in that place and that moment again.

What I enjoyed most this semester was studying geology. It has been my favorite subject so far. It is a very entertaining subject, it has taught me to know better the processes of the earth. It also has many exits to great places. I enjoy the classes very much and the teacher is very nice and passionate about his profession. I would like to continue studying something related to geology, maybe geomorphology. I have also done very well, I have had good grades. When I was a girl, I always wanted to study geology and in this matter I have learned a lot about it. Also, when I was a child they gave me a book and a lens to see rocks. We also always traveled with my family to hills and places related to geology. In classes I have also used it and they have served me well
